Thorough Tenant Screening
Prospective tenants are required to complete a detailed application form providing all previous rental details, work and personal references, along with proof of identification. All references are checked carefully as well as the prospective tenant’s details being cross checked on the national tenancy default database.
We pride ourselves on completing detailed condition reports and inventory lists which far exceed the industry requirements. Property inspections are carried out meticulously with an in-depth report being supplied to the owners that will enable them to maintain a clear idea of the condition of their investment. Each report is supported with digital photos of the property.
All tenants are provided with the required information which enables rental payments to be made 24 hours a day via phone, internet and at the Post Office. Proven systems are in place to monitor rental payments allowing us to take quick action to minimise the chance of arrears.
Regular Rent Reviews
All rents are reviewed upon renewal of Tenancy Agreements, with owners appraised of the current market values.
Rents collected are disbursed twice per each month in accordance with your instructions. Owners receive a detailed statement showing payments received.
